Legal issues:

 

Copyrights of music and videos used in my project - I would try and use free music and specific videos, and I could buy the rights to the music.

 

I would need permission for them if I could film them, as they could take legal action towards me if no permission is granted

 

I would need a licence for the use of audio and visuals in my product

 

It is illegal to be disciminated on film

 

It is illegal for a younger audience watch a video that is not in their age bracket

 

Ethical Issues:

 

I would not try to ask a question that is too sensitive to the interviewee

 

I would need the consent of the interviewee and/or the consent of a parent/guardian

 

I would not discriminate them in front of the camera and/or outside of the interview
