Part 1 - Development for unit 17
Story boards for Everyday People Short Film

Production Plan

This is the production pan for the film. We started our ideas for the film on the 1st of December and had our Offline Edit on the 26th of January. The production schedule did not go to plan as some of my interviewees were unable to be interviewed by some unfortunate circumstances.

The Budget
The budget of the film is going to be round about £20~£50 as I would need to take account transport and/or snacks and food for the whole production of the short film.
Legal and Ethical Issues
Legal Issues:
I would need permission for them if I could film them, as they could take legal action towards me if no permission is granted
I would need a licence for the use of audio and visuals in my product
It is illegal to be disciminated on film
It is illegal for a younger audience watch a video that is not in their age bracket
Ethical Issues:
I would need the consent of the interviewee and/or the consent of a parent/guardian
I would not discriminate them in front of the camera and/or outside of the interview
The Problems I faced when filming
The problems I faced was that the interviewees did not to talk about the things that they have gone through, as this is a sensitive topic for them to talk about. Also, some of the interviewees were too young to remember anything for the short film.
Also, the camera equipment had to be borrowed from media. And also, no one was there to help me for the use of 2 cameras for the interview. This will ultimately result in the use of just one camera, tripod and audio recorder.
